A BRIEF RECAP
How it Started.
Turning Point was running out of room. Our original plan was to expand South Quaker—but when the former Cinemark 16 property became available, God opened the door to something bigger.
Instead of making one campus larger, we multiplied—becoming one church with twice the impact to reach people and make disciples.
Since opening our West Loop Campus, God has been on the move—and your generosity helped make it possible.
Already, more than 700 people worship at West Loop each week, 20 people have been baptized, our college ministry has a new home to reach more young adults, and our special needs ministry is creating a place for every family to belong.
Making room for more required more than prayer. It required people willing to give generously and make financial sacrifices so others could experience Jesus. And we’re just getting started.

WHY UNCHARTED 2.0?
More people are now part of the story.
Uncharted 2.0 gives those who were not part of the original campaign an opportunity to join the journey.
Many people now attending TPCC—especially at West Loop—weren't part of the original campaign. Uncharted 2.0 gives them an opportunity to participate. They’re not simply being asked to pay for yesterday’s expansion—they’re being invited to prepare for tomorrow.
Beginning in 2027, we intend to embark upon one of the most ambitious Great Commission initiatives in the history of our church.

OUR VISION
ThE GREAT COMMISSION.
Our goal is to collectively present the gospel to 30,000 people in our city. And pray that God would allow us to see 3,000 people saved & baptized.
We want to train and mobilize the Turning Point family to become more confident and intentional about personally sharing Jesus with others. That creates an obvious question: If God answers that prayer, where will we put everyone? We don't completely know. And there is something both exciting and uncomfortable about admitting that.
We believe in planning. We believe in stewardship. We want to anticipate needs, develop leaders, create space, and responsibly prepare for growth. But there are parts of the future that are simply beyond our ability to predict.
So our responsibility is to do everything we can to prepare and make the way for God to do what only He can do.

WHAT ARE WE PREPARING FOR?
We're Preparing for People.
People who haven't yet heard the gospel. People who haven't yet trusted Jesus. People who haven't yet been baptized. Families who haven't yet walked through our doors. Children who will need a place to learn about Jesus.
New believers need relationships, groups, leaders, and environments where they can grow into mature disciples. That's ultimately what Uncharted 2.0 is about.
Not buildings for the sake of buildings.
Not space for the sake of space.
Not debt reduction for the sake of a better balance sheet.
We want to increase our capacity because we intend to keep reaching people. And if we are going to pray boldly for God to entrust thousands of new believers to this church, we should prepare responsibly to receive them.

Jesus has already made our assignment clear: Go and make disciples.
We cannot manufacture changed lives. We cannot produce spiritual awakening. We cannot guarantee that 3,000 people will trust Christ.
And today we cannot tell you exactly where every person will sit if God answers that prayer. But we can still move forward in the vision God has given us.
Then we can trust God to provide what we cannot yet see.
We will do what God has put in our hands and trust Him with what remains in His.
That is the spirit of Uncharted.
