We want to help you experience real life change—and we’ve created a simple pathway to guide you there. Through steps like Planted, Rooted, Built Up, and Reproducing, you’ll grow in your faith, build strong relationships, and discover your purpose.
Just like growth happens over time, each step is designed to help you move forward—right where you are.

🪴 Planted
Your Changed Life begins with a decision to trust Jesus as Savior to forgive sin and a commitment to follow Him all your days. Jesus said, “Unless a kernel of wheat is planted in the soil and dies, it remains alone. But its death will produce many new kernels - a plentiful harvest of new lives,” [John 12:23-25]. Trusting Jesus over your own way is where your change starts.
🌳 Rooted
Just like a seed needs soil to grow, you need a faith community - [Psalm 92:13-14] “Planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green.” Surrounded by the nutrients and safety of the soil, the hardened shell yields to reveal the purpose inside. Rooted at Turning Point, you will be surrounded by biblical teaching and encouraging relationships to truly flourish.
🏗️ Built Up
Seeds require seasons of tending and growth before they reach maturity. No one plants an apple seed and expects to see apples next week. Similarly, your spiritual growth will not happen overnight or on its own.
Ephesians 4:12 directs leaders to “equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church.” Building up your faith is an active process based on the teachings of Scripture, empowered by God’s Spirit.
Jesus says things like, “You cannot be my disciple unless…” and “This is how you know you are my disciple if…” As your roots grow deeper at Turning Point, you’ll realize you’re not alone on this journey. You’ll find many opportunities to build up your faith as part of the faith family.

💡 Reproducing
As your life in Christ matures, Jesus says you will eventually bear fruit (John 15:5). Psalm 1 says mature believers are “like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season.” While mature, healthy trees go through lean seasons, they eventually bear fruit.
As Jesus finished preparing his disciples, he told them, “Go and make disciples of all peoples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,” [Matthew 28:19]. Did you see that? Disciples producing more disciples. That’s reproduction.
As you mature in faith, you will see opportunities to “let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven,” [Matthew 5:16]. Reproduction means making an eternal impact in the lives of others as you demonstrate the same goodness to others you received from Jesus.

This Is Where You Grow
Rooted is the primary pathway for growing in your faith and relationships. This 10-week small group experience is designed to help you connect with God, the church, and your purpose. Alongside a small group, you’ll engage in the rhythms of following Jesus as you deepen your faith and build meaningful relationships. Whether you are new to faith or have been following Jesus for years, Rooted provides a clear next step. Many groups continue meeting as Community Groups after the experience, creating ongoing connection and growth.
04
Discover How You’re Wired to Serve
iServe is the next step for living out your faith through serving. This environment helps you discover how God has uniquely gifted and designed you to make a difference. As you serve alongside others, you move from simply attending to actively contributing to the life of the church. iServe provides a clear pathway to get connected to a team and begin using your gifts to impact others.
05
Where Your Changed Life Is Declared
Baptism is a step of obedience that publicly identifies you with Jesus. It is a picture of His death and resurrection and a declaration of new life in Him. Jesus calls every believer to be baptized, marking the beginning of a life surrendered to His leadership. If you have placed your faith in Christ, baptism is your next step.
06
Find Your Fit in Community
Community Groups are where discipleship continues through consistent relationships. Often formed out of Rooted, these groups create space to grow in faith alongside others in everyday life. Together, you’ll pray, share what God is doing, and support one another through every season. Community Groups provide ongoing connection and care as you continue to grow and live out your faith in community.
07
Learn to Live Your Calling
