Two Stages. One Journey.
While all students gather together, we intentionally focus on the unique needs of middle school and high school students to help them build a strong foundation and grow into confident, faith-filled leaders.
Middle School — Foundation & Belonging
For 6th through 8th grade students, we emphasize foundation, belonging, and fun. This stage is about building confidence, discovering faith personally, and forming friendships that support growth during important middle school years.
High School — Leadership & Depth
For 9th through 12th grade students, we emphasize leadership, serving, deeper faith, and fun. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their faith while mentoring others and preparing for life beyond graduation.
When Students Gather
Students connect during Sunday worship with their families and gather weekly for a midweek experience designed specifically for them. These rhythms create both generational unity and student-focused growth opportunities.

Students on Sundays
Middle and high school students are invited to join their families in corporate worship on Sundays. Gathering together as one church strengthens faith across generations and reinforces the importance of shared worship.

Serving Students Well
Our leaders are volunteers from various age ranges who bring both energy and wisdom to small groups, creating safe spaces where students can encounter Jesus and experience life change. Your student’s safety matters, and through intentional onboarding, background checks, training, and clear check-in procedures, every environment is structured to provide secure and responsible oversight so you can feel confident while they participate.

💻
Thorough Onboarding
Each volunteer completes a six-week onboarding process to ensure they are a strong fit and prepared to serve students responsibly and effectively.
✅
Verified & Screened
Every volunteer must complete and pass a background check before being allowed on campus or leading small groups during any Next Gen event.
😄
Equipped Leaders
Volunteers participate in mandatory trainings throughout the year and follow a structured leader handbook that outlines policies and procedures to ensure consistent, responsible leadership.
🗓
Accountable Attendance
Every student attending Wednesday night gatherings is required to check in upon arrival. This allows leadership to know who is on campus at all times in case of emergencies.
