💭 The Wonder Phase
In our Nursery Rooms, babies and toddlers are introduced to the truth that they have a Father and Creator who loves them deeply. Learning happens through storytelling, songs, simple crafts, and warm, nurturing care.
🔍 The Discovery Phase
In our Preschool Room, kids begin discovering who God is and how much He loves them. Through storytelling, worship, hand-motion memory verses, crafts, and play, faith becomes interactive, engaging, and memorable.
🧡 The Passion Phase
In our Elementary Room, grade-schoolers begin developing a passion for Jesus and pursuing Him on a deeper level. Small group activities reinforce teaching in engaging ways that strengthen understanding and connection.
🍼 A Space for New Moms
We also provide a Nursing Mothers Room for moms with newborns. This comfortable space allows you to care for your baby while remaining connected and present during the Sunday experience.
When Kids Gather
Children birth through 5th grade gather during Sunday morning services and select midweek environments. No matter when you attend, your child will experience consistent care, engaging teaching, and welcoming leaders.

A Team You Can Trust
Our team is passionate about helping kids discover who God is and why He matters in their everyday lives. We believe every child is created with purpose and potential, and we guide them toward a growing relationship with Jesus in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. From secure check-in systems to trained volunteers and on-site security, every space is intentionally designed so you can feel confident while your child participates.

✅
Thorough Screening
Each staff member and volunteer completes a background check and safety training before serving. You can trust that the adults caring for your child are prepared, screened, and committed to safe environments.
💻
Secure Check-In
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome. New guests are personally introduced to classrooms and teachers, and parents receive a matching identification sticker tied directly to their child’s name tag.
😀
Safe Pick-Up
For pick-up, you must present the identification sticker that matches your child’s name tag. This simple but secure system ensures children are released only to authorized adults.
🔒
Added Security Measures
Our environments are supported by intentional safety procedures and oversight to help maintain a secure and well-monitored space for every child.
OUR KIDS CURRICULUM
A Place for Kids to Build Lasting Faith.
Turning Point Kids uses the Amazing+ curriculum from Orange to help children grow in their understanding of who God is and how to follow Him in everyday life. This approach combines the influence of the church and the home—partnering with families to make a greater impact in the lives of kids.
Through engaging teaching, worship, and age-appropriate experiences, kids are invited to discover what it means to know Jesus and grow in their faith in a way they can understand and live out.

What We Want Every Child to Know:
- God is a loving Father and Creator that loves them very much (wonder).
- His Spirit, to make wise choices (discovery).
- They should treat others the way they want to be treated (passion).

FAQ
Our Most Asked Questions.
🔒 How do I know my child is safe in the classrooms?
Each staff member and kids ministry volunteer is required to go through a background check and ministry safe training.
✝️ How do I know my child is ready to accept Jesus?
Every child’s spiritual journey with Jesus looks different. As the primary discipler in your child’s life, you have the privilege of modeling what it looks like to follow Jesus. God has entrusted you with the most important and influential role when it comes to leading your child to Christ.
Here are some basic steps you can take as you walk with your child toward faith:
Lay a foundation.
Read the Bible with your child, pray with them, and lead by example. Children learn by experiencing life alongside you—through your love, your words, and by watching how you live out your faith as parents.
Ask questions.
Resist the temptation to rush your child toward a decision. Instead, ask thoughtful questions as you read Scripture and talk about the gospel together. For example, read Romans 6:23 and ask questions like, “Do you know what sin is?” and “How does sin affect our relationship with God?” Clearly explain that Jesus is our Savior and that we need Him to have a restored relationship with God.
Guide them in prayer.
Romans 10:9 teaches that believing in our hearts and confessing with our mouths that Jesus is Lord leads to salvation. If you sense your child understands the gospel, what sin is, and why we need a Savior, you can guide them in a salvation prayer. Encourage them to use their own words, as this is their personal profession of faith

🤲🏽 How can I pray with my child?
It’s best to make prayer a regular habit in your home. We can follow Jesus’ example of prayer in Matthew 6. Jesus didn’t use fancy words or try to impress anyone—He simply talked to God and shared what was on His heart. He praised God and asked for His help and blessing. We can do the same with our children.
Here are some practical ways you can pray together as a family:
Mealtime.
Pray together during meals. Take turns praying, invite your children to lead, or ask one child to pray for the family at the table.
Drive time.
Pray together in the car. Pause before pulling out of the driveway and invite one of your children to pray or guide your family in prayer as you drive together.
